About the Cottage   

Little Puddockwells is tucked away at the end of a little track, in a peaceful location with wonderful views.  This stone built detached cottage, which is adjacent to the owner's property, is furnished to a high standard and is very well maintained. 

Upstairs there are two twin-bedded rooms and a bathroom with a good shower over the bath. Downstairs consists of a large open plan modern kitchen/sitting room.  Outside there is a patio with barbecue facilities which leads onto a garden.

Facilities include: oil central heating, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge, cassette player, TV  and Video player.  Bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, heating and electricity are included in the price.

The cottage has been awarded a 3 star grading (self-catering) by Visit Scotland.

Please note that this is strictly a NON-SMOKING cottage and well-behaved pets are welcome.
